On March 10th 2008 registration of national .rs domain has began. Domains with .rs extensions are possible to register on maximum period of 10 years and minimum period of 1 year.
Renewal of registration of .yu domains will began from November 3rd 2008 and it ends in March 2nd 2009. After this date .yu domains which are not renewed will be deactivated and it won’t function on Internet.
Additional term for renewal of .yu domains begins on March 3rd 2009 and it ends in April 30th 2009. If you renew your .yu domain in this additional term, it will again become active on Internet. Other .yu domains that are not renewed will be permanently deleted from registry on May 4th 2009. Disregarding the date when you have renewed your domain, .yu domains will stop functioning on Internet on September 30th 2009.

.ac.rs i .gov.rs are assigned domains for academic, science-researching state agencies of Serbia.

.rs domain packages

Package includes .rs + .co.rs/.org.rs/.edu.rs/.in.rs domains which are being registered at the same time and as a indivisible whole.  Protection of privacy, transfer and domain renewal is done at the same time for both domains which are in the package.

Transition of existing registrants to a package

If you have only .rs or .co.rs/.org.rs/.edu.rs/.in.rs domain registered, you can transfer to a package at any time. Only condition is that the registration of the existing domain expire in less than one year.
If you already have registered .rs and .co.rs/.org.rs/.edu.rs/.in.rs domains you can also transfer to a package at any time. Only condition is that the difference between expiration dates between existing domains isn't greater than one year. Every domain in the package keeps its expiration date and registration date.

Purpose of previous payment for domain registration or renewal can't be changed and it can't be used as payment for a package.

Renewal of domain packages

Domains which are in the package are renewed at the same time, for the same period, but every domain inside teh package keeps its expiration date. Package must be renewed before the expiration date of the first domain in the package.

Package deletion

You can delete a package at any time and it's charged according to a current pricelist. If a period of 30 days passes from expiration date of one or both domains included in the package, package is deleted automatically without charging. When we delete your package, that doesn't mean that the domains will be deleted, but only that domains are no longer treated as an indivisible whole.
